• Technology Sheet ICP-MS and LC-ICP-MS

Already for 7 years Xendo serves its bioanalytical customers with state-of-the-art ICP-MS technology and services. In this era we have developed numerous assays with a wide range of sample preparation techniques for a versatile range of body fluids and tissues. Our technological expertise and scientific approach are recognized by a vast group of customers.

A broad range of preclinical and clinical studies have been supported in these years, which includes pharmacokinetic studies, imaging studies, mass balance studies, metabolite profiling studies and pharmacodynamic studies (biomarkers) in different therapeutic areas (oncology, CNS, haematology, metabolism).

Most recent developments in the bioanalytical arena that we work on with (LC-)ICP-MS are the application of Dried Blood Spot sampling and quantification of (therapeutic) proteins, for which the technique is perfectly shaped.
